Warranty & Returns – IDCP

At IDCP we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent service experience. Below you will find our customer-friendly summary of return rights and warranty handling.

🔁 Returns (Consumers only)

If you are a private consumer purchasing online within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned complete and in its original condition; unless otherwise agreed to with IDCP, the consumer sets up and pays for the return shipment.

  • The withdrawal right applies only to consumers (not business customers)

  • Any depreciation due to use beyond normal inspection may be charged

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive or custom products may be excluded where legally permitted

To initiate a return, please contact us first via our support team (at support@idcp.nl) so we can provide the correct return instructions.

🛠️ Warranty

IDCP products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.

Warranty handling includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective products

  • Assessment by our technical team

  • Support throughout the warranty process

The warranty does not cover, for example:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by accidents or external factors

Where applicable, manufacturer-specific warranty periods apply.

📦 How to Request Service

If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with:

  • Product model and serial number

  • Description of the issue

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photos or video if available

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if required.
